MOVIETIME
So, saw V for Vendetta last night. Good movie. Pretty brave, too. Making a hero out of a "terrorist." Fun stuff. Angry, screaming, hate-mongering "news" show hosts that are a mouthpiece for power-hungry conservative extremists, discrimination, a goverment that uses a color-coded warning system to generate fear and compliance amongst its citizenry, an ill-advised war that spreads beyond political boundaries in a cascading snowball of unintended consequences....it's all so far-fetched..where do they come up with this stuff?!?
There were about 5 people in the theatre, apart from us. One was an elderly couple. The guy was wearing overalls. I wonder what he thought of the movie.
