PART TROIS..

OK. The third and final test (for now) is here.

Answers for the first test:

1) Casablanca is my favorite movie. It used to be Trainspotting.
2) The Meices are my all-time favorite band. Although they are not the most talented.
3) This Land is Your Land has been my favorite song since I was little. We used to gather in a big circle and hold hands (boy-girl-boy-girl) and sing that song in kindergarten. Man. My music teacher must have been cool, because we also sung stuff like Octopus' Garden and Yellow Submarine
4) Well, it's no secret that "trousers" is my favorite word for pants. Nearly everyone got that right.
5) Peruvian Nights was about L. Ron Hubbard. But Carl Sagan and Xavier Cugat both make sense, for differing reasons.
6) My only solo hit was Late November Walk in the Woods. It was short, but brilliant.
7) Sifl N Olly is my favorite TV show of all time.
8) Amaj7/E is my favorite guitar chord. It used to be Am. Amaj7/E is more spacey.
9) My favorite Marx brother is Harpo. By a long shot.
10) Porter is my favorite kind of beer. Those of you who said stout were close. Stout is technically a type of porter.

Thanks for playing.

OK...who is Amanda? Someone that knows a little about Fairly Crass and the color of my eyes, apparently.

Test 1 has ended. Answers will appear soon. I won.

PART DEUX

I'm going to leave up the other test for awhile, but since it was such a smashing success, here is another one. I think it's a little easier.

On the first test, so far, I am still winning, with 100 points, followed by Jenn and Tiska, with 50, Abbie and Dylan (the cheater) with 40, and gh with a dismal 20.

THEN AGAIN..

5 reasons I can't entirely give up on society (in no particular order):

1. Music
2. Literature
3. Food, in general
4. Refrigerators (why is there a 'd' in 'fridge,' but not in 'refrigerator?')
5. Hint-of-Lime Tostitos

HELP!

To add to my list of "Stuff I've learned in my first 26 years of life..":

There is a maximum number of meals in a row that a person can eat ass-whuppin' hot homemade chili before their intestines say "..to hell with you!" and go AWOL.

And that number is: 4.

QUOTE O' THE DAY - 20040201

"The only way to avoid being miserable is not to have enough
leisure to wonder whether you are happy or not."

--George Bernard Shaw
