Man. I got the new White Stripes album (Elephant) the other day. Wow. The whole thing is just one big ass kickin'. Particularly awesome are "Black Math," "There's No Home for You Here, Girl," and "Seven Nation Army." "Ball and Biscuit" makes me think of sitting in a smoky bar on Beale Street. Jack White is a damned good guitar player. "It's True That We Love One Another," is truly a strange song, but it works. Holly Golightly and Jack White work well together - sort of like Shane MacGowan and Kirsty MacColl, in The Pogues, "Fairytale of New York." It's probably best if Meg White sticks to NOT singing, though. That would be my only recommendation. I mean, its not really that she is a bad singer (though she is), its more just that she seems so disinterested in the whole process.

Anyway. It rules. I highly recommend it.

Good ol' rawknroll.
