DIFFERENTNESS..
I got rid of the quote o' the day thing, since I never update that anyways, esp. since I'm out in the field alot for the next month still. It may come back, at some point. But for now, I'll just key you in to what I'm reading.
So...Kerry picked Edwards. It's as though he thought to himself...let's see, who can I pick that's an EVEN BIGGER DORK than myself? Boyish charisma?!? John Edwards reminds me of a more fake John Ritter. I don't know..maybe he's not that bad. But I think Sharpton would have been a better choice. Talk about getting out the minority vote.

Comments:
Did I ever tell you that my vote for Sharpton was one of only 7 in Nodaway county? I think he owes me a card or something.
Most presidents appear dorky. It's what the press calls "charisma" or something.
The last undorkish president was probably in the 19th century. Some may want to say that TR was cool, (and I do like him), but I watched a documentary that mentioned his use of extremely proper grammar out on the range. Stuff like "Come thence gentlemen, let us proceed forward..." instead of "saddle up." It was his great-grandchild describing this, so that made it even funnier. Since he was proper and from NYC, he was the original City Slicker (sorry Billy Crystal).
I would have voted for John Ritter if he were still around... genius.
